SHerri,Yes it is good news if one looks at the affordability index, as well as if there is a lot of inventory to choose from one can get a great house. From you Market Report it appears good news for the Murfreesboron TN buyers.

Endre, It is amazing what great values are here for buyers.  It is mucher cheaper to own your own home compared to renting here.  We have seen a big increase recently in activity as well.

Hi Rebecca, My father has beenin the VA hospital here.  Not my favorite place to visit in The Boro but I'm sure your visit cheered up your friend tremendously!  The VA hospital can be a depressing place to stay.  Murfreesboro is a lovely place to live!
